All IBOs and participants shall comply with:

  • Income Tax Laws
  • GST Laws
  • Any other applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Honest Representation

IBOs shall always present Company products, services, compensation plans, and business opportunities honestly, accurately, and transparently.

No participant shall make misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, or false statements.

5. Prohibited Income Claims

IBOs shall not:

  • Guarantee income.
  • Promise fixed monthly earnings.
  • Represent the business as employment.
  • Claim assured profits.
  • Advertise unrealistic earnings.
  • Use misleading success stories.
  • Make false lifestyle claims.

All income-related discussions must comply with the Company's Income Disclaimer Policy.

6. Product Claims and Advertising

IBOs shall not:

  • Make unapproved product claims.
  • Claim medical benefits without regulatory approval.
  • Represent products as cures for diseases.
  • Publish false testimonials.
  • Modify official product information.

Only official Company-approved promotional materials may be used.

7. Customer Respect and Fair Dealing

All customers shall be treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally.

IBOs shall:

  • Provide accurate product information.
  • Disclose prices clearly.
  • Respect customer privacy.
  • Avoid pressure-selling techniques.
  • Honor Company policies.

8. Online and Social Media Conduct

IBOs may promote the business through lawful online channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, blogs, and other approved platforms.

IBOs shall not:

  • Post misleading advertisements.
  • Publish fake reviews.
  • Create fake accounts.
  • Misrepresent Company affiliation.
  • Use unauthorized logos or branding.
  • Engage in spam marketing.
  • Promote illegal content.

9. Anti-Spam Policy

Unsolicited emails, bulk messages, automated messaging, mass WhatsApp campaigns, robocalls, or any other form of spam marketing are strictly prohibited.

All promotional communication must comply with applicable laws and user consent requirements.

10. Protection of Confidential Information

IBOs shall protect confidential information including:

  • Customer Information
  • Distributor Information
  • Business Reports
  • Compensation Structures
  • Training Materials
  • Internal Company Documents

Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property Protection

The Company's trademarks, logos, product names, software, marketing materials, compensation plans, graphics, videos, and content are protected intellectual property.

IBOs shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Company intellectual property without written authorization.

12. Multiple Accounts and Identity Fraud

Participants shall not:

  • Create duplicate accounts.
  • Use another person's identity.
  • Submit forged documents.
  • Manipulate genealogy structures.
  • Operate unauthorized business centers.

Such actions may result in immediate termination.

13. Compliance with KYC Requirements

All IBOs must maintain accurate and updated KYC information.

Submission of false, forged, incomplete, or misleading documents may lead to account suspension, commission withholding, or termination.

14. Ethical Team Building

IBOs shall build their teams ethically and professionally.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Cross Sponsoring
  • Cross Recruiting
  • Organization Manipulation
  • Bonus Manipulation
  • Unauthorized Transfers

15. Non-Solicitation

Active IBOs shall not encourage Company distributors to join competing direct selling businesses using confidential information or unfair methods.

16. Fraud Prevention

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

  • Fraud
  • Forgery
  • Money Laundering
  • Identity Theft
  • Payment Manipulation
  • Bonus Abuse
  • System Exploitation

Violations may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

17. Disciplinary Actions

The Company may take one or more of the following actions for policy violations:

  • Written Warning
  • Temporary Suspension
  • Commission Withholding
  • Account Restriction
  • Permanent Termination
  • Legal Action

18. Limitation of Authority

IBOs are not authorized to:

  • Enter contracts on behalf of the Company.
  • Make legal commitments for the Company.
  • Modify Company policies.
  • Represent themselves as Company employees.

19. Policy Amendments

GREYSTAR BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend, update, modify, replace, or withdraw this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the business shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Samastipur, Bihar.

21. Acceptance

By registering as an IBO, distributor, or participant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy.
