2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within fifteen (15) days from the date of successful delivery, subject to verification and approval by the Company.

Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Incomplete shipment received.
  • Product packaging found tampered before use.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:
